VIL's pride is it technically advanced Colour Coating Plant, a state-of-the-art facility capable of matching and surpassing international standards, across a range of applications and systems.
PLANT AND FACILITIES
The Galvanising Unit installed at Rajpura, Punjab, India, is an INOX Continuous Line, capable of Galvanising 0.14 mm to 0.8 mm thick and 450 mm to 1250 mm wide Steel Coils, Zinc Coating of a maximum of up to 275 gms per sq.mtr., and having an installed capacity of 75,000 tonnes per annum. The Unit is equipped with an online skin pass and stretch leveler mill to produce GPSP, and also has facilities to produce Slit Coils, Plain Sheets and Corrugated Sheets.

VSL is one of India's leading manufacturers of MS ERW Black and Galvanised Pipes, having a capacity of 75000 TPA, in a size range of ½” to 4” (15 mm to 100 mm), in Light and Medium class, as per IS: 1239 (Part-I) 2004, BS 1387/85, BS 1139 and DIN specifications, suitable for various industrial and household applications. VSL also produces Precision Tubes made of CRCA, to meet the needs of the Automobile Industry and the General Engineering Industry.
Apart from tubes, VSL produces CR Coils and Strips in varying widths of up to 1020 mm, and with a thickness ranging from 0.14 mm to 3.00 mm, catering to the precise requirements of the Automobile Sector, White Goods Sector and the General Engineering Industry.
